This page explains what Stratum Agents collects through stratumagents.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Inquiries. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, work email, company, optional role, and message you provide.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time to operate and secure the site.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you and to evaluate whether we can help. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

Inquiries are delivered to our team by an email delivery provider, and the site is served by a hosting provider. They process data on our behalf to provide those services. We do not send inquiry contents to AI model providers.

Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by replying to any message from us or through the contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
